由著名的“生化危機之父”三上真司擔任監制的NGC新類型動作游戲《殺手7》最終將會以什么樣的面貌呈現在我們面前，這一定是許多玩家都在關心的大問題。從早前開發人員透露的消息中我們已經得知，在《殺手7》中我們將扮演的竟然是一個已經65歲的老人Herman Smith，而且他還需要輪椅…… 但他卻是被人們稱為“殺神者”的恐怖刺客。因為他是一個擁有7種不同人格、并且能夠控制這7種人格能力的超能力者。
在殺手世界中令人聞風喪膽的Herman Smith這次將面對一個與他一樣恐怖的敵人——Kun Lan，Kun Lan因為具可使常人瞬間變成瘋狂暴徒的特殊力量，所以被其它人稱為“具有神之手的人”。被他所控制的人們嘴邊總是浮現出令人毛骨悚然的微笑，他們會象行尸走肉一樣沒有痛感的、瘋狂的，如潮水般從城市街道的四面八方向你涌來，在游戲中這一定會讓你有一種不知所措的驚駭和恐懼.
