冠軍王Super Junior 聲勢驚人高票奪冠
人氣王蕭敬騰一人包辦五首金曲最大贏家

『只想聽音樂Hit Fm聯播網』推廣優質好音樂，自1998年開始便年年統合廣大樂迷意見，于網絡進行投票，選出當年度最受歡迎的音樂單曲。 「Hit Fm年度百首單曲」考驗歌手人氣，透過Hitoradio的會員投票，現已成為年度重要音樂參考指標。 2009「年度百首單曲」自12月7日到12月20日進行為期兩周的網絡投票，并與Yahoo!奇摩拍賣合作，成功吸引眾多網友積極主動參與投票與拉票。首周即迅速累積110萬的投票量，一舉打破去年總投票數量，結算至12月20日截止日，更創下將近500萬票的驚人數字！使得「Hit Fm年度百首單曲」擁有廣大的網友人氣為后盾，再次證明是最具指標性的票選排行榜。

Super Junior「SORRY, SORRY」近25萬投票支持，輕松奪冠十二年來首度有兩種語言單曲進入百大！洛克先生蕭敬騰人氣無敵五首金曲全數進入百大

回顧「Hit Fm年度百首單曲」眾多優秀音樂作品，日韓音樂再度引領風潮，TOP20歌曲中便擁7名席次。其中Super Junior榮登冠軍王，單曲「SORRY,SORRY」一推出隨即引爆全臺熱唱以及模仿熱潮，瞬間韓流再起，這次票選輕松獲得近25萬次投票支持，順利向所有對手Say Sorry，奪下單曲排行首位。專輯第二波主打歌「就是你」也高居第11名。子團體Super Junior M同樣大受歡迎，今年推出首張華語迷你專輯，便以中文單曲「Super Girl」成功打進第28名。 Hit Fm年度百首單曲推出十二年來，首度有歌手以兩種語言同時進入百大行列！

華語歌手則以剛舉辦完「洛克先生Mr. Rock」演唱會的蕭敬騰奪下人氣王，一人包辦五首金曲，包括NO.2「王妃」、NO.4「我不會愛」、NO.9 「阿飛的小蝴蝶」、NO.18「倒帶」以及NO.21「新不了情」，一年之內發行全新專輯【王妃】以及翻唱專輯【LOVE Moments愛的時刻自選輯】均獲得市場以及樂評高度評價，蕭敬騰在歌迷組織的龐大動員下，展現網絡的驚人力量，順利將五首單曲全數送進百大！另一位星光人氣歌手林宥嘉也不惶多讓，拿下NO.5「說謊」、NO.27「看見什么吃什么」兩首金曲，其中「說謊」該曲還連續奪得「全球流行音樂金榜」三周冠軍，號稱今年最受歡迎的抒情催淚單曲。

新人第一次發片，以張蕓京的成績最為傲人，京爺的歌迷同樣展現動員能力，兩首單曲「黑裙子」、「讓我照顧你」分別高居NO.20、NO.38，勝過許多天王天后。

Hit FM年度百首單曲只從當年12月1日前發行的專輯中選取，12月以后發行的歸入下一年的評選。
