小簡介 來自美國四人樂隊The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart，是近年Indiepop的新希望，從玩味的名字已知他們并非單純販賣童真的Cutie樂隊。現(xiàn)在樂隊已轉(zhuǎn)投較有規(guī)模的Slumberland廠牌旗下。The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart不是只懂玩幾下叮叮當當結(jié)他配純情主唱的Indiepop，集合了Lazy Records、Sarah Records、Subway Records、The Jesus And Mary Chain、Shop Assistant等融合Noisy與Poppy的風格，很濃C86時期影子，卻不會落得過氣。 New York-based musicians Alex, Kip, Kurt, and Peggy came together to form the Pains of Being Pure at Heart in 2007. With its wall-of-fuzz guitar stylings and sugary pop underpinnings, the band nodded to any number of old-school indie pop acts, notably Black Tambourine and My Bloody Valentine. The band recorded a few tracks soon after coming together, which were released as a self-titled 3" CD-R on Cloudberry Records. A self-titled EP followed soon after. During 2008 the band released a number of limited-edition split singles on Atomic Beat Records and Slumberland.
