The Hotlines

Formed in the spring of 2007, The Hotlines are a Punk Rock band from Brighton, England, who mix the surf harmonies of the Beach Boys with the raw power of the Ramones to bring the party to every show they play! Their self titled debut album was released in August 2009 on Devils Jukebox Records to critical acclaim from the UK press Prior to the album’s release the band released two split 7” singles, the first with Italian pop punks Radio Days on NTP records and the second with legendary American punk rockers The Queers on Devils Jukebox records. They have also had a debut CDEP released on Knowhere records in the USA and Bubblegum Attack in South America and have had tracks featured on the Groovie Ghoulies tribute album released by Kamikaze records and the Cabana 1 records compilation, Where The Fun Never Sets Vol. 2 During this time they have toured the UK and Europe playing at both the Rotterdam Rumble and Monster Zero Mash festivals and have been proud to share a stage with, amongst others The Apers, The Manges, Chixdiggit, Surfin’ Lungs, The Zatopeks, Radio Days, Sugus, The Accelerators, The Lost Patrol Band, The Loyalties, Spookey & Marky Ramone. The band is set to go from strength to strength in 2010, with planned tours to mainland Europe in the works and a host of new songs for a second album in the pipeline.
